Plot: Two guys get a billion dollars to make a movie, only to watch their dream run off course. In order to make the money back, they then attempt to revitalize a failing shopping mall.

Goodness, gracious. What did I just watch. Silliest, stupidest laugh out ride. So bad it’s funny, so stupidest its Hilarius. can’t describe cheesy crude comedy. Have to see it to believe it, b-movie comedy. Tim and Eric are goof balls.
